Each driver is trained on your company preferences and history. We are NOT a transporting company. Make sure to provide the following, if you have any question contact us for more detailed and specific pricing guidelines, policies, and procedures.

  • customer information
    Customer paperwork, contact info, delivery addresses are all required contact information.
  • Payment
    RAD will send a consolidated invoice for all completed work, including payment for the drivers. This streamlined process benefits businesses by allowing them to make one payment instead of paying multiple drivers individually, reducing the workload for their AP department.
  • Ready
    The dealership must have the vehicle and all necessary documentation prepared for the driver(s) upon their arrival. Any additional waiting time will incur a charge of $4 for every additional 15 minutes. Additionally, for Dealer Trades, the dealership is accountable for ensuring that the trading partner has the trade vehicle ready upon the driver’s arrival. Waiting time charges will also apply if a driver has to wait at another dealership.
  • Rideshare
    Rideshare is for drives under 30 miles. A receipt will be sent for reimbursement. Rideshare fees will vary based on distance and traffic conditions.
  • Fuel & Tolls
    Drivers are reimbursed for out-of-pocket fuel expenditures. Tolls are included in all of our pricing.
  • chase Cars
    A Demo or a Pre-owned vehicle provided by the dealership for deliveries and pickups or drop off over 20 miles. Our drivers DO NOT use dealership rentals as chase vehicles.
  • Dealer License plates
    If another type of license plate is used, we require a physical copy of proof of insurance for the driver to provide should they be required to do so. Temporary tags are not allowed to be used, unless the customer has already signed the purchasing paperwork and provided a physical copy of insurance.
